Key Responsibilities ? Casework & Support
- Manage an allocated caseload under the guidance of a Team Manager or Social Worker
- Provide practical, day-to-day support to children, young people, and families
- Gather, analyse, and record information to support high-quality assessments
- Ensure all work aligns with statutory responsibilities and safeguarding standards
- Work collaboratively with professionals and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes
- Promote a joined-up, multi-agency approach
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and reports
- Communicate effectively with a range of audiences
- Take ownership of your learning and development
- Stay up to date with legislation, policies, and best practice

- DBS check required (role exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act)
