💸 Plus £5,000 market premia and £2,000 annual retention payment after one year’s service

🌈 About the role As a Social Worker, you’ll:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families using the Signs of Safety practice model.
• Manage a varied caseload, completing assessments and delivering effective child in need or child protection plans.
• Champion children’s voices, ensuring their lived experiences and wishes are central to decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and partner agencies to create safe, lasting change.
• Prepare high-quality reports for meetings and court proceedings, always reflecting the needs and strengths of the child.
• Reflect, learn, and grow through regular supervision and continuous professional development.

• Qualified and registered with Social Work England.
• Skilled at relationship- and strengths-based practice.
• Experienced in working with children and families where statutory intervention is required.
• Committed to safeguarding, reflection, and professional growth.
