Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 13–15 fostering families
- Provide supervision, support, and guidance to foster carers
- Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding for children and young people
- Support carers in developing their skills to meet children’s needs
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call service
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the fostering service
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with fostering regulations

Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Experience in fostering or children’s social care (e.g. looked after children teams)
- Strong understanding of fostering regulations, safeguarding, and childcare law
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
- Commitment to supporting foster carers and improving outcomes for children
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
