- Work with children and young people with complex needs, safeguarding and supporting them to achieve positive outcomes.
- Carry out high-quality assessments and develop effective care and support plans.
- Collaborate closely with families and multi-agency partners to ensure holistic, child-centred care.
- Contribute to a forward-thinking service committed to delivering the right support at the right time.

- Be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Have successfully completed your ASYE
- Have experience in children’s social care, with demonstrable experience supporting children with disabilities
- Be skilled in assessment, safeguarding, and multi-agency partnership working
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own car to visit children and families across the borough
- Hybrid working is available, but attendance on site is required a minimum of 2 days per week (unless otherwise agreed).
