Support & Protection Social Worker
Location: Trafford Council (Altrincham, Stretford & Sale)
Contract: Permanent
Pay- £37,280 to £42,839

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for experienced Children's Social Workers to join Trafford Council's Support & Protection Service.

The Support & Protection Service works with children and families where concerns have escalated to Child Protection or where Care Proceedings have been initiated. Social Workers focus on longer-term intervention and complex casework, working in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals to achieve sustainable outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' Social Work experience
• Social Work England registration
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Enhanced DBS with Children's Barred List clearance

• £2,400 annual market supplement for Band 8 Level 3 Social Workers
