Our client is an exciting and creative practice looking for an ambitious Speech and Language Therapist who wants to grow their clinical skills in a strong team environment. They place a high importance on work-life balance, offering a Summer Contract that maximises annual leave, and are also trialling provision for 10% rest every day.

About the Organisation Our client is a renowned multidisciplinary hub, with a 15-year legacy of delivering exceptional care to children, young people, and families, both across the UK and internationally. Their success is built on a foundation of growth, collaboration, diversity, and care, which underpins every aspect of their therapeutic and assessment services. They work in close partnership with families, schools and Local Authorities, developing tailored packages of support that create meaningful, lasting outcomes.

The organisation is entering a significant phase of growth, making now an exciting time for new employees to join and develop professionally.

About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join an expanding multi-disciplinary team working primarily in mainstream school settings within the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth area.

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the area's inclusive education strategy. In this vital role, you will implement universal strategies and targeted interventions across mainstream schools. By delivering high-quality workforce development, you will empower school staff to confidently lead and support whole-school communication.

You will:

  • Deliver targeted interventions
  • Develop therapy programmes
  • Support SENCOs and school staff in delivering universal strategies
  • Deliver pupil-centred intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with families and professionals

A key function is equipping key adults with the skills to confidently support pupils in achieving their therapy goals. You will operate through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice, ensuring children and young people receive the right level of support at the right time.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record in educational environments, paired with the strong communication skills necessary to influence key stakeholders.
