Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people across mainstream schools.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious SLT looking to develop their clinical skills while working collaboratively with schools, families and professionals to improve communication, inclusion and educational outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted speech and language interventions.
- Develop individual therapy programmes and pupil-centred intervention plans.
- Support SENCOs and school staff to implement universal communication strategies.
- Work collaboratively with families, teachers and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Model interventions and equip key adults to support pupils' therapy goals.
- Contribute to whole-school communication and inclusion strategies.
- Work within a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice.
- Provide training and professional guidance to education teams.
- Support assessment and EHCP-related work where appropriate.
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Experience working with children and young people in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience providing clinical/professional supervision and developing training.
- Experience with complex behaviours, SEMH, trauma-informed practice or EHCP assessments would be advantageous.
- Team leadership experience is desirable.
- £40,250 salary
- Permanent Monday–Friday position.
