Hourly Rate: £14.24 per hour / Daily Rate: £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience and assignment length)

About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of educational settings. This role offers flexible working opportunities, ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in different classrooms or maintain a healthy work-life balance.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assist pupils with their learning, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Providing support to pupils with additional needs where required
• Adapting to different school environments and year groups

Person Specification We are looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
• Are patient, proactive, and adaptable
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are able to work effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
