📍 Washington, Sunderland | 🕒 37 hours per week | ⏳ 6-month contract | Mon–Fri, 7:30am–5:00pm

We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our friendly and welcoming team where we provide daily support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and individuals with complex health or behavioural needs.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in helping individuals develop confidence, maintain independence, and enjoy purposeful daily activities. Every day will be different — and every day you will make a difference.

You will:

• Support individuals with a range of daily activities and routines
• Encourage choice, independence, dignity and respect
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues
• Work as part of a supportive team dedicated to high-quality care
