Candidate Responsibilities - Support Worker

As a Support Worker, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate support to clients with mental health, learning disabilities, or complex needs
• Assisting clients with daily activities and personal care
• Implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
• Promoting independence and building rapport with clients
• Documenting all interactions accurately and maintaining confidentiality
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for clients
• Responding to emergencies and ensuring safety at all times

Candidate Requirements - Support Worker

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including unsociable hours
• Relevant qualifications or training (preferred but not essential)
