Supporting Families Key Worker – Short Breaks Service Multiple Opportunities Available

We are currently looking to recruit multiple passionate, committed and experienced Supporting Families Key Workers to join a dedicated Short Breaks Service supporting children and young people with additional needs and disabilities, alongside their families.

The Role As a Supporting Families Key Worker, you will play an important role in providing high-quality, meaningful support to children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.

The Short Breaks Service enables children and young people to:

  • Develop greater independence
  • Build confidence and self-esteem
  • Access enjoyable and meaningful activities
  • Develop positive relationships
  • Have new experiences and opportunities
  • Achieve the best possible outcomes
You will work closely with children, young people and their families, building positive and trusting relationships and providing support that recognises individual strengths, needs and aspirations.

About You We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and disabilities
  • Committed to achieving positive outcomes for families
  • Experienced in working in a supportive, strengths-based and relationship-focused way
  • Able to build strong and meaningful relationships with children, young people and families
  • Enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to making a difference
