The Role Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Systems Integration & Automation Specialist to support the development and optimisation of integrated systems and automation processes. This role will play a key part in improving API delivery, streamlining workflows, and supporting platform transitions.
Your key duties within the role will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations across multiple platforms
- Build and optimise APIs to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support and enhance housing management system integrations (including platforms such as Aareon QL or similar)
- Automate business processes using Microsoft technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system improvements
- Contribute to the transition and onboarding of new platforms
- Strong experience working within Microsoft environments
- Proven experience developing and managing APIs
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate)
- Background in systems integration and automation
- Experience working with housing management systems (e.g. Aareon QL) is highly desirable
