Job Description
Service Care Solutions are working with a highly regarded regional accountancy firm to recruit an experienced Senior Manager / Director (Tax Advisory).

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior tax professional to join a well-established and fast-growing practice, supporting a broad and diverse client base. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, lead and mentor a high-performing team, and shape the delivery of complex advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advisory projects for a diverse range of clients, delivering high-quality tax solutions.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic tax planning and technical guidance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level colleagues within the tax team.
• Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth through networking, business development, and thought leadership.
• Drive process improvement and ensure best practice across all tax advisory operations.

Candidate Criteria
Essential:

• ACA or CTA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Significant experience in a tax advisory leadership role (corporate or mixed tax background ideal).
• Strong technical knowledge across a breadth of tax areas.
• Proven experience in managing client portfolios and leading project teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with international tax, transfer pricing, or large corporate group taxation.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in business development or practice improvement initiatives.
