Team Manager (Contract Position)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of professionals within the Child Protection Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
• Supervise and support team members in completing assessments and developing care plans for children and families
• Manage and prioritize caseloads, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate services for clients
• Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, training, and support to staff members
