Role summary –
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing provider for a Tenancy Advisor to join their Resident Services team on a temporary 12-week contract. This role will involve delivering a front-line tenancy management service, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the effective management of tenancy cases.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing provider for a Tenancy Advisor to join their Resident Services team on a temporary 12-week contract. This role will involve delivering a front-line tenancy management service, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the effective management of tenancy cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenancy-related enquiries and provide accurate advice on tenants’ rights and responsibilities.
- Investigate reports of abandonment, succession, and illegal subletting.
- Process tenancy changes, including joint to sole, succession, and household amendments.
- Support the management of tenancy enforcement cases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records using housing management and CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to provide a seamless service.
- Promote resident engagement and support referrals to tenancy sustainment services.
- Previous experience in tenancy management, housing, or neighbourhood services.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and housing policies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations professionally.
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages and housing management systems (Northgate experience desirable).
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and deliver work within set timeframes.
