Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading Housing Association for an experienced Tenancy Enforcement Lead to join their Housing Management team on an initial 8-week contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional with a strong background in Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), tenancy enforcement and legal action, who is confident managing complex cases and representing landlords in court.
The Role
You will take the lead on complex ASB and tenancy fraud cases requiring formal enforcement action, working closely with Housing, Legal and external partners to deliver positive outcomes for customers. You'll also provide specialist guidance to Housing Managers, oversee high-risk cases and help drive best practice across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex ASB and tenancy fraud investigations from start to finish.
• Prepare legal documentation, witness statements and possession notices.
• Represent the organisation in County Court and injunction hearings.
• Provide specialist advice and support to Housing Managers on enforcement cases.
• Build strong relationships with police, local authorities and partner agencies.
• Deliver training and share best practice across housing teams.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy law, ASB legislation and safeguarding requirements.

About You
We're looking for candidates with:

• Significant experience managing complex ASB and tenancy enforcement cases.
• Previous experience preparing and presenting County Court cases.
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation, landlord and tenancy law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience within social housing or a housing association environment.
