Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association for a Tenancy Enforcement Specialist to join their Neighbourhood team on a temporary basis.
This is a key role focused on managing serious and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, taking ownership of escalated cases and delivering robust enforcement action to protect communities.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of high-level ASB and tenancy breach cases, including escalations from Neighbourhood Officers
• Investigate cases thoroughly, gathering evidence and progressing enforcement action in line with policy
• Draft and serve legal notices including Notices Seeking Possession and other enforcement documentation
• Prepare witness statements and represent the organisation in court where required
• Act as the lead point of contact for serious ASB cases, including those within supported housing
• Work in partnership with external agencies (Police, Local Authorities, support services) to resolve cases
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on lower-level ASB and tenancy breaches
• Produce reports and KPI data on ASB casework

Requirements

• Strong experience managing ASB and tenancy enforcement cases within social housing
• Solid understanding of housing legislation and ASB enforcement processes
• Experience preparing legal documentation and attending court proceedings
• Ability to manage complex, sensitive cases and deliver outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Basic DBS required
• Travel across patch as required
• Some flexibility needed for occasional out-of-hours work
