Service Care Solutions are looking for an Associate/Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Education Desk in Preston. We specialise in filling temporary, long-term and permanent education vacancies in schools across Lancashire. Due to continued growth, we are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team. 

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where attitude and mindset matter more than experience. Previous recruitment experience is not essential - the right character and work ethic are.

The Role 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational settings. 
  
  

• Source, interview and place high-quality teaching and support staff. 
  
  

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement. 
  
  

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates. 
  
  

• Achieve and exceed performance targets in a competitive environment.

Working Hours 

• Term Time: 7:00am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) 
  
  

• School Holidays: 9:00am – 2:30pm
