We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join the fleet workshop for a local authority.
We’re looking for a Vehicle Technician who will deliver the planned schedule of maintenance and repairs to the Councils municipal fleet assets.
Duties Include:
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £19.18 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £16.46 inclusive of holiday).
You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.

- To inspect, repair and maintain the fleet vehicles operated by the Council.
- To provide professional advice and guidance to the service users.
- To carry out manual repair and maintenance.
- Ensure the Health & Safety of all resources.
- Prepare and present detailed results from complex diagnosis equipment.
