🌟 Job Opportunity: Weekend Support Workers – Sunderland (SR5 4EU)

Positions Available: 4 x Reablement at Home Support Worker
Contract: Initial contract until end of May 2026
Hours: 16 hours per week (weekends only)

Are you passionate about helping others live safely and independently at home? We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our Reablement at Home team in Sunderland.

About the Role
As a Reablement Support Worker, you will work with individuals in their own homes to help them regain skills, confidence, and independence following an illness, injury, or hospital stay.

Shift Options (Weekends Only)

• AM Shift: 07:00 – 15:30
• PM Shift: 13:30 – 22:00

What We’re Looking For

• A compassionate, patient, and supportive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence – essential
• Access to a vehicle is highly desirable
