Job Title: Youth & Family Hub Receptionist
Location: Ponders End, Enfield
Hours: Full-time, on-site - 35 hour per week
Salary: £18 UMBRELLA (£13 PAYE)

Are you passionate about helping families and providing excellent customer service?
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join the Youth and Family Hub team in Ponders End. In this key public-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for families and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment at the Hub.
What you’ll do:

• Be present at the Hub five days a week – this is an on-site role and not suitable for home working.
• Meet and greet families and visitors, providing guidance and support.
• Answer phone calls and emails, organise meetings, and report any building issues.
• Support the coordination and administration of service delivery from the Hub.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
