Service Care Solutions awarded national Probation contract

We’re delighted to announce that Service Care Solutions (SCS) has been awarded the national agency Probation contract, marking an exciting new chapter in our long-standing relationship with the Probation Service.

This award will see SCS appointed as the national Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Operational Contingent Labour, overseeing the delivery of frontline Probation staff and providing a single, trusted route for hiring managers, agency workers and supply partners.

This is a significant milestone for our business, celebrating more than 10 years of collaboration with the Probation Service, part of HM Prison and Probation Service.

We’re proud to begin this long-term partnership and excited about the opportunity to make a lasting, positive difference to the future of temporary staffing within the Probation Service.

The new contract is due to commence on November 2, 2026. Between now and then, SCS will continue to provide regular updates, guidance and support to our current contractors as well as those with Red Snapper to ensure they have all the information you need ahead of go-live.
