Our client was founded in 1980 and has been a leading provider of behavioural care ever since, treating over 70 conditions nationwide in over 450 facilities. Our relationship with the mental healthcare provider started back in 2016, and ever since our partnership has gone strength from strength.
In this time Service Care Solutions have supplied over 300 different staff ranging from healthcare assistants, support workers, registered mental nurses, social workers, psychologists and more on either an either ad hoc, block bookings, contract or permanent basis.
In 2018, our client wanted to reduce their agency costs and for the first time in its history, decided to set up an overall group PSL, which Service Care Solutions as a current supplier was invited to tender for. After a rigorous selection process Service Care Solutions were successful in becoming a tier 1 supplier and with that helped reduce their temporary staffing costs and also enabled them reach their Tier 1 staffing usage goal by the end of the 2nd year of the PSL.
Over the past year Service Care have managed to supply over 85,000 hours of cover for healthcare assistants and nurses and are committed to increasing that number even more a strengthening our already strong relationship with our client.
