I am delighted to announce that Service Care Solutions have been confirmed as a finalist in the ‘Employer of The Year’ category of this year’s BIBA Awards, organised by the North West Chamber of Commerce.
Within our strategy we want to make Service Care Solutions the employer of choice to work for within the North West. Our commitment towards this goal has seen us improve our working environment, the overall package we offer to staff and implement new training and development opportunities throughout the business. We are proud of the culture which exists within our business and the fun and successful environment which we all help to create.
We were shortlisted following a written submission and interview with the BIBAs Judging Panel in Blackpool last month and we look forward to welcoming the judges to our offices to show them why we believe we are a truly special place to work. We are honoured to be a finalist but hope to go one step further and win the award on this occasion, having previously also been a finalist in 2016.
Our place in the final is the latest great news in a successful year for SCS following our recent success in the 2019 Recruiter Awards where we scooped first prize in the ‘Best Candidate Care’ category, a testament to the great service we provide to our candidates.
