What does your role as a recruitment consultant involve?
My role involves building and maintaining relationships between, Schools and candidates alike. I work to recruit Teachers, Teaching assistant’s and roles specialising is SEN. I’m here to be a helping hand throughout the process and make things easier for everyone involved.
What does your day-to-day role look like?
Daily, I keep up to date on any admin involving candidates and making sure everything is running smoothly. I will also do further outreach to best match candidates to job roles, and help in anyway to see the process through.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
Finding jobs can be a stressful process, but what I enjoy most is that I am able to help make this process easier and successful for Schools and Candidates.

I think all of the values are important but I think integrity resonates best as it allows for truthful and honest relationships being maintained throughout my work.
