Amelia Krzysztofik
Associate Recruitment Consultant
What does your role as a recruitment consultant involve?
I work within construction recruitment across the North, helping to connect skilled professionals with a wide range of opportunities in the industry. My role is centered around building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their goals, challenges, and what they’re really looking for. By understanding both sides, I’m able to match the right people to the right roles and support long-term success for everyone involved.
What does your day-to-day role look like?
My days are varied — I spend time speaking with candidates about their skills and goals, working with clients to understand their projects and hiring needs, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. I also keep up to date with what’s happening across the construction industry and building relationships with people throughout the region.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
What I enjoy most about my role is helping people achieve something they’ve been working towards — whether that’s securing a new opportunity or finding someone who’s the right fit for their team. It’s really rewarding to see the difference the right placement can make. No two days are the same, which keeps things interesting. I get to speak with a variety of people and learn about different areas within construction, from new projects to emerging specialisms. There’s always something new to discover, and I enjoy continuously learning about the industry and the people who drive it forward.
Which Service Care Value do you think resonates the best with your role?
In construction, relationships and trust are everything. I focus on being honest, approachable, and supportive, ensuring that both clients and candidates feel confident and well looked after throughout the process.
