Senior Recruitment Consultant

About Andrew

Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?

I joined in August 2013.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

During my time here at Service Care I have been responsible for recruiting into the probation service. I now currently recruit in the North of the UK, primarily for Probation Officers, Probation Service Officers, and everything in between. Prior to working at Service Care Solutions, I worked in the film industry for seven years as a Boom Operator and Sound Recordist on a variety of film and television productions.

What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I currently recruit in the North of the UK for PO’s, PSO’s, and Community Payback Supervisors.

What is your favourite quote/best piece of advice you've ever been given?

Never eat yellow snow...

If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?

Probably still selling my soul in the film industry.

Lastly, when you're not at work, where can we find you?

Spending time with my family, playing guitar, cooking, reading, watching films, and lots of other things!
