What does your role as a recruitment consultant involve?
My role consists of connecting talented education professionals with schools, matching the right candidates to the right opportunities.
What does your day-to-day role look like?
Every day is different! I spend the majority of my time in the office, speaking to candidates, and having conversations with clients. When I'm not in the office, i spend my time on the road visiting schools and growing relationships.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I really enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with both candidates and clients.
