What does your role as a Recruitment Consultant involve?
My role involves sourcing, attracting and placing the right candidates into construction and trades roles across the Midlands and South West. I manage the full recruitment process from understanding client needs, sourcing talent, screening, through to placement and ongoing support.
What does your day-to-day role look like?
Day-to-day, I advertise vacancies, search and headhunt candidates, review applications and stay in close contact with clients. I also support candidates throughout the recruitment journey — from initial conversation through to interview preparation and offer stage.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I enjoy building strong relationships with candidates and supporting them in finding roles that genuinely suit their skills and ambitions. Seeing someone secure a position that makes a real difference to them is the most rewarding part.
