About Jenna

Jenna is a member of our Internal Support team, let's learn a little more about her.

What does a Business Administrator do in the recruitment space?

No two days are the same for me as my day-to-day schedule fits around the needs of the team. Generally, I oversee the compliance process for the Ad-Hoc Healthcare team, but I also assist with a handful of administrative tasks that support the wider team as a whole. I am responsible of the full registration process for candidates, ensuring the process is as smooth as possible.

Another part of my day to day role is ensuring Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. I also attain employment references and right to work checks, whilst also booking interviews, help candidates perfect CV's and gather any necessary documentations to help complete a candidates file.

What is your biggest success so far?

I feel the biggest sense of achievement when I realise the impact I have made on my team.  The support I am able to offer can been recognised by the constant gratitude my team display towards my work every day. I have been able to speed up and smooth over the compliancy processes for the consultants and their candidates, it has come leaps and bounds since I started with the team. Since my input, we have had an influx of workers becoming compliant and moving into ad hoc shifts.
