What does your role as a recruitment consultant involve?
My role centres around connecting schools with the right candidates. This involves speaking with teachers and support staff, liaising with schools to understand their needs, and building strong relationships with both to ensure the best possible matches.
What does your day-to-day role look like?
On a daily basis, I book supply staff into partner schools, source and register quality candidates, and visit schools to strengthen partnerships. I work closely with schools to provide the right staff at the right time, supporting them in delivering the best outcomes for their students.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
The part I enjoy most is placing staff into schools and knowing I’ve made a real difference - helping schools run smoothly while giving candidates valuable opportunities to thrive in education.
