What does your role as a Recruitment Consultant involve?
I recruit for finance roles across Wales and the Midlands. I match candidates with roles that range from:
Financial advisors
Insurance officers
What does your day-to-day look like?
I start every morning with a coffee whilst looking through any new jobs I may have received. I spend a lot of my day communicating with clients and candidates, trying to find suitable outcomes for both parties.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I enjoy working in a team with a great dynamic, both positive and hard-working. Additionally, helping candidates find roles that are suited to their needs and lifestyle is another favorite aspect of my role as I get to communicate with like-minded individuals on a daily basis, keeping the role varied!
