What does your role as a Senior Consultant involve?

I work with defence and public sector clients across the UK.

My role involves understanding the clients staffing and operation requirements, alongside being able to offer advice, and work towards solutions. With over 10 years experience within public sector recruitment, I can assist with the most niche/complex requirements, as well as all aspects of recruitment.

What does your day-to-day role look like?

My role focuses on client relationships and candidate engagement.

I work with defence organisations to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and team fit.

I also source candidates through outreach, CV reviews, screening calls, and candidate summaries.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

Engaging with clients. Understanding their staffing problems/concerns, and being able to assist with resolving these issues quickly and efficiently.
