HR Coordinator

About Nicole

Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?

I joined in May 2021.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

As a HR coordinator, it's my responsibility to coordinate a wide range of HR operational and administrative duties, including the support of internal recruitment, training and development.

If you wasn't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?

I'd be a crime scene investigator.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe the agency?

Fun, engaging and supportive.

What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

"They told me I couldn't, so I did."

Lastly, when you're not in work, where can we find you?

I have two lovely dogs that I enjoy taking on long walks, our favourite place to visit is the Lake District, so you could find me there. I also enjoy catching up with friends over a few drinks and lots of food.
