I joined in September 2016.

​Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

Prior to lighting the recruitment world alight in 2016 I worked for Lancashire County Council organising residential and nursing home placements for vulnerable adults across the County. Before this I was the Promotions Assistant for The Good Life Press Ltd.

​Tell us a little bit about the jobs you recruit for and where...

I am the renegade master behind Reignite Social Work - a ground-breaking and genuinely unique permanent recruitment model, I created the programme to help and support Social Workers back into permanent employment after a career break as I discovered that no-one else was willing to give them a chance. I also manage a team of consultants that recruit across South Wales, the West & East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Norfolk/Suffolk. We specialise in placing quality Social Workers on a personal level.
