Firstly, how long have you been at Service Care?

I joined in September 2018.

​Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

Before working in Recruitment, my background was within Customer Service Management working in both the Hospitality and Leisure sectors. I've always enjoyed roles which allowed me to develop relationships with people.

What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I recruit within our Healthcare division. I'm always on the search for Mental Health Nurses, CBT Therapists, Psychologists and any devoted Mental Health professional looking to make a difference. My role includes sourcing suitable candidates, providing support to clients, ensuring Compliance is kept up to date and generally building great relationships with great people!

​What is your favourite quote/best piece of advice you've ever been given?

To always be the hardest worker in the room.

​If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?

I'd probably be a real life 'Willy Wonka' or something similar due to my passion for making amazing chocolate which I do in my spare time.

​Lastly, when you're not in work, where can we find you?

I enjoy making chocolate which was a hobby turned side-business, travelling to different places and eating out!
