What does your role as a recruitment consultant involve?
I specialise in Finance Recruitment so I am speaking to finance professionals daily. Whether that is candidates looking for their next role or clients needing their next member in the finance team, I am here to support with all parts of the recruitment cycle.
What does your day-to-day role look like?
Day- to-day I am constantly speaking to people. Getting to understand the job market by speaking to candidates, understanding their motivation to move and what their ideal role looks like. On the flip side when speaking to clients it is understanding the needs of the business and the finance team to help find the right fit
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I like speaking with different people every day. I get to working with a variety of different clients and candidates and it keeps my job interesting!
