Join us as an Administrative Assistant for the Directorate of Environment and Housing Services. Handle front-line and back-office tasks, including CRM system management, meeting minute-taking, and appointment coordination. Responsibilities include letter preparation, deadline monitoring, and basic consultation work. Collaborate with senior officers, conduct background research, and maintain efficient communication. - Undertake office administration for the Directorate of Environment and Housing Services, covering Waste Management, Highways, Parks and Grounds Maintenance, and Leisure.
- Manage the CRM system for the service area, ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval.
- Attend and minute meetings, including disciplinary meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Liaise with senior officers, organize appointments in calendars, and facilitate communication within the team.
- Prepare letters, including typing, cutting, pasting into templates, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct consultation work and background research, involving data collection and website searches.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the preparation of spreadsheets, utilizing basic functions for efficient data management.
