Administrator

Job Description

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a temporary administrator to work in the NHS in Bicester.

Pay
£10.50PAYE (£12.80Ltd) an hour paid weekly via an umbrella company

Hours
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday

Brief Description

  • Phone patients to book onto education courses,
  • Send out confirmation letters
  • Document onto care notes and open new referrals onto care notes.


Qualifications or IT skills required:

  • MS office
  • NVQ 2 OR previous experience in an administrative role


Essential skills:

  • Communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Professional approach
  • Working in a team
  • Patient confidentiality
