Rate: £19.41 LTD per hour

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected housing organisation for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Oxford. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality housing services, ensuring properties are well managed, tenants are supported, and homes are ready for new occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the allocation of accommodation in line with policy and procedure
- Prepare and process tenancy paperwork, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including inspections and key handovers
- Ensure vacant properties are prepared and ready to let promptly
- Act as a first point of contact for tenants, partners, and other stakeholders
- Assist with low-level rent arrears, offering advice and support where appropriate
- Report repairs and liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the housing management function
- Previous experience in a housing, property management, or lettings environment
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Knowledge of tenancy management processes and housing legislation is desirable
