Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a thriving Legal 500 company, based in Exeter, which is in need of a dedicated Associate/Senior Associate to join their renowned Succession and Tax team. ROLE: Associate/Senior Associate - Succession and Tax
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £60,000 - £75,000
Key responsibilities of the Associate/Senior Associate:
- Advise clients on all aspects of succession planning, including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
- Provide comprehensive tax planning advice to optimise clients' financial positions.
- Mentor and support junior associates and paralegals in the team.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience in succession and tax law.
- Strong knowledge of current tax regulations and succession planning strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
