Service Care Solutions are hiring for a Audit and Inspection Coordinator to help provide an effective and efficient administrative service to the Scanning and Liaison Officer and the Audit and Inspection Officers. Key Responsibilities

  • To provide general admin assistance for the Department as directed by the Scanning and Liaison Officer.
  • Support the planning and co-ordinating of audit / inspection regimes
  • To support the Scanning and Liaison officer and co-ordinate and organise official visits to the constabulary from other police force areas and agencies, HMICFRS and OPCC office.
  • Deal with telephone and personal enquiries, using tact and diplomacy and responding to queries wherever possible.
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support by taking actions at meetings, word processing, copying and circulation of documents.
  • Demonstrates a strong personal commitment to delivering and achieving value for money, whilst providing high quality service.
  • To promote and comply with Lancashire Constabulary's obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and Health & Safety, both in the delivery of service and the treatments of others.
  • Take responsibility for improving your performance by participating in the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) process with your manager.
  • To carry out any other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post.
