Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Band 6 to work within the Home Treatment team within the NHS in Basildon, Essex. This role is full time, Mon-Fri 8am - 8pm (flexible).

The role is working within the crisis and resolution team, so crisis home treatment experience will be required.

You will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and development for older adults and adults of working age with mental health problems that are referred to the home treatment team. You will review service users admitted to the Mental Health Assessment Unit in Basildon and work in collaboration with the inpatient services, as part of an in-reach role. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the standards of care within the service.

You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with previous experience of working at a Band 6 level within this field.

The rate for this role is up to £29 per hour on a limited company (umbrella) basis, dependant on experience.

We also offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.

We also have £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
