Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Control Surveyor to join our client in Horsham.

This is a full-time, contract role, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with building control experience to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct day-to-day site visits for inspections and assessments.
• Evaluate and review construction plans and designs.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Work closely with other professionals, including architects, contractors, and engineers.
• Provide expert advice on building safety and control measures.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience.
• Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).
• Open to applicants at all levels, provided they have relevant building control experience.
