Service Care Solutions is seeking a Building Surveyor to work for our client, covering the Essex area. The role spans the entire county, from Harlow to the Cambridge border and across to Southend, including Chelmsford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day repairs
- Major voids
- Legal disrepair
- AA feasibility inspections
Requirements:
- Ability to cover a broad region within Essex
- Understanding of building surveying (disrepair training provided)
- Ability to complete standard reports, review schedules of rates, and provide photographic evidence during pre-inspection
