Hours – Full time, 37 hours per week
Role summary – We are working with a forward-thinking organisation on an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic Business Change Team. This role plays a key part in a digital transformation programme, supporting the successful delivery of innovative and effective solutions. You’ll collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and fellow analysts to identify business needs, map future processes, and recommend change initiatives.
Salary – £45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and model current and future business processes, identifying opportunities, risks, and impacts
- Facilitate effective workshops with stakeholders at all levels
- Capture, analyse and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements
- Produce multi-level process maps and technical documentation
- Collaborate with the IT team on system architecture and interface requirements
- Develop user stories and functional specifications in line with business value
- Track requirements through to business acceptance and implementation
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to influence and engage stakeholders
- Support project delivery across digital and IT-focused workstreams
- Proven experience in business analysis within IT change programmes
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Modelling and use case techniques
- Effective facilitator of workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including SharePoint and Visio
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Formal BA qualification (e.g., ISEB, BCS, CBAP) or working towards
- A passion for process improvement and continuous development
- Experience within a social housing environment
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
