Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Description

Service Care Solutions require a Business Intelligence Specialist to work in London in order to develop dashboards and reports related to IT performance and customer experience

Activities

  • Develop dashboards and reports using SNow Performance Analytics, PowerBI and other BI tools
  • Develop insight into customer experience of users of DP systems
  • Work with other DP teams to understand what data and reporting is available from other operational systems such as individual applications and systrack
  • Carry out what-if analysis, user journey mapping
  • Develop / document data models to enable resuse and identify future opportunities
  • Support other DP staff in use of analytical tools and techniques
  • Support work to implement new data analysis tools


Knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Expert in performance reporting preferably with experience of Service Now dashboards, Service Now performance analytics, PowerBI
  • Preferably with ITIL knowledge and familiar with reporting on IT service delivery
  • Experience of applying a wide range of analytical techniques would be an advantage for example journey mapping, Lean or six sigma
  • Good communication skills to build and maintain relationships with Service Delivery and suppliers


The ideal candidate must have either SC or CTC clearance.
