Business Manager, Governance and Assurance

This company is seeking an experienced Business Manager to work within a dynamic and focused Governance and Assurance department for up to six months. The successful candidate will provide first-class business support to Legal Services, Constitutional & Member Services, HR and Organisational Development, Corporate Facilities Management as well as facilitating Election Events in one of the most exciting Inner London boroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient management of time recording, billing, credit control and collection of legal charges and reimbursements
  • Assist and support the department with budget management
  • Harness the best of new technologies available and use innovative and creative ways of achieving objectives through the use of new technologies

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and innovative in their use of technology with experience of Visualfiles or similar case management system
  • Budget management experience

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
