Care and Support Assistant (no previous experience required)

Service Care Solutions are looking for bright and hard working people that have the willingness to learn.

We have an entry level care and support role available in Rayleigh

The role will involve providing personal care to service users in their homes and supported living accommodations.

Care experience is desirable, but not necessary as all relevant training for the role will be provided.

Key tasks will involve:

Assist in the assessment and review of individual's care and support plans and ensure an excellent standard of service is delivered.

To ensure records are kept up to date in line with procedures.

To ensure performance targets, standards and objectives are met.

To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required.

Ensure that a high standard of customer care is provided at all times.

Treat people with dignity and respect.

Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

To ensure records are kept up to date in line with procedures.

Ensure Care Quality Commission Standards are met and evidenced.

To ensure that Swan's Equal Opportunities Policies are complied with and promoted in carrying out duties of the post.

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the post as required.
