Caretaker - Titherton

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a local council based in the Titherton area who require a caretaker to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a full time role working 9-5 with a total of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role involves the following duties:

• Set and re-set lighting and heating time-clocks, change light bulbs in hard to reach areas. Read gas, electricity and water meters as directed
• remove graffiti to buildings and structures including reporting vandalism
• Carry out minor internal redecoration of communal areas and report of any repairs
• Maintain records and timesheets as appropriate. Order and maintain supplies of materials appropriate to the caretaking tasks.
